Cheer-io! I’m Heather Fox – a proud military transplant who’s grateful my dad retired and called North Florida “home.” Having moved many times throughout my young life, I know the ins and outs of the military lifestyle—and I’m so thankful to now be rooted here on the white sands of the Gulf Coast.

I’ve not only chosen to raise my family here, but I also own and personally manage both short-term and long-term rentals, giving me hands-on insight into the local market.
